Pre-order, limited edition, and special release items will be processed according to the time stated on the product page, usually 7–20 business days.

All customs duties, taxes, and related clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal to pay duties.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or customs issues:

- You may choose to re-deliver (at your additional cost) or request a refund (shipping fee non-refundable)
If the package is not claimed and destroyed by local customs, we will not issue a refund.
