1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags, boxes, and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom-made are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/worn shoes
  • Damaged items caused by buyer
  • Final sale products
  • Missing original box or packaging

3. How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@mztkicks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return approval and return address.
  3. Send the item back with a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same style in a different size (if in stock).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or prepaid return label at no cost to you.
