1. Shipping

1.1 Delivery Timeline

Once items ship, delivery typically takes 6-18 days.
For country-specific delivery times, refer to [Delivered Time].

1.2 Free Shipping Insurance

I can rearrange shipping if:

The package is seized by customs.
The package is lost.
The package shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it: First contact your local post office to get proof of non-receipt, then I’ll help rearrange.

I can provide compensation if:

The package isn’t delivered within 1 month of shipping
- A. If you haven’t received it: I’ll rearrange shipping.
- B. If you have received it: I’ll refund the shipping fee.
The package is severely damaged.

Note:

I can’t apply for logistics compensation for delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., national holidays, bad weather, logistics worker strikes). We’ll just need to wait patiently together.
